This survey provides all faculty and staff of The Catholic University of America (CUA) the opportunity to express their opinions about how your Human Resources department serves you. We want your feedback so that we can continue to improve our operations and processes, and make your job easier for you. We also want to ensure we are aware of all issues and problems faculty and staff experience so we can work on resolving them.

This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. We want your honest opinion. Do not sign your name. What you say here is completely confidential. Astron Solutions, an outside consulting firm from New York City, will summarize the responses to this survey. Astron Solutions will retain the questionnaires after survey completion.
